This was a 'freebie' off the internet for St. Patrick's Day called Got Luck by Plum Street Samplers. (web addy is: http://plumstreetsamplers.typepad.com/)...the freebie is still there.
I used 14 count Aida and DMC colors 163, 164 and ercu. Fun and easy stitch!
